Mother's Day

When you thought I wasn't looking

When you thought I wasn't looking, I saw you cleaning the living room even though you’re sick and I learnt that life is hard.
When you thought I wasn't looking, I saw you baking cupcakes for my afternoon tea and I learnt that you care for me.
When you thought I wasn't looking, I saw you giving flowers to the neighbours when their grandma was having an operation and I learnt that you share love for others.
When you thought I wasn't looking, I saw you prepared the meal for dad and I learnt that you have to serve one another.
When you thought I wasn't listening, I heard you pray over me and give me a good night kiss and I felt love and safe.
When you thought I wasn't looking,I saw tears come from your eyes and I learnt that sometimes things hurt and its alright to cry.
When you thought I wasn't looking, I saw you doing all your responsibilities and I learnt that its a tough being a good mother.
When you thought I wasn’t looking, I saw you studying the things to become a receptionist and I learnt that even if life is hard, we all need to try are best.
When you thought I wasn’t looking, I saw you looking after grandma and I learnt that you have to take care of your parents because they took good care of you.
When you thought I wasn’t looking, I looked at you and wanted to say “ Thanks for all the things I saw… when you thought I wasn’t looking.”

The girl who stands up for girl's right to education

Malala Yousafzai

Who was she ?

Malala Yousafzai is a popular teenage activist, also known as “The Youngest nobel Laureate “ and “ Gul Makai”. She was born on July 12th, 1997 in Mingora, the Swat district of northwest Pakistan. Her father, Ziauddin Yousafzai, encouraged her to express her frustration over the Taliban. In a blog, she wrote about how the Taliban were seeking to rule over their hometown and stop girls from getting to school. She won many prizes and awards, she was nominated and won “ Nobel Peace Prize (2014), “ Sakharov For Freedom of thought (2013) and “ Simone de Beavoir Prize (2013).

She wrote her blog using the  pseudonym “ Gul Makai” to hide her identity. Gul Makai means wicked and strictness. A little later her identity was revealed and the taliban shot her in her head. She survived the critical injury and was flown to England to have surgery. She has became a popular teenage activist because of her brave fight for girls education.

“The best thing in the computer”

Do you know the best thing in the computer? There are so many things you can think of like games, educational, office work and many more. Here! for example Mine Craft?, Mine Craft is  a popular game by “Notch”, Mine Craft is a block world, you can do anything like real life, you gather resources and survive, there is some mobs too and Mine craft is a educational game.

In the computer you can do all sort of things, I mean millions of things!!

Hacker-

There is a person who hacks computer, who can access secret files on a computer using internet is known as a hacker, not only a hacker looks at everything on your computer but your computer could be turned into BOT.

A BOT is a computer that sends out a lot of countless spears phishing e-mails to even more computers, continuing the cycle.

Uncrackable passwords-

Use a longer phrase (kiritoSAO) rather than a word number combination (Xbox360), and you’ll have much stronger password. A 12-character phrase would take a brute-force password cracker 317 years to crack!

My favorite thing in a computer are Microsoft words, educational games, X-box 360 and  games.

Endangered Sea turtles

Endangered Sea turtles
Sea turtles have swum in our ocean for million of years ,which was the time of the dinosaurs. Somewhere in the Pacific waters, sea turtles can be spotted easily just below the surface.

Around a few decades ago the number count of sea turtles dropped. At the present time there are only seven species of this reptile. They are harmed and endangered.

Sea turles have always been important to the Pacific people. Traditionally, tools, spears, fishhooks, jewellery, and combs were carved from their shells. Their meat was only eaten by important people on special occasions, they are controlled by the customary laws. Sea turtles  are high prized items used for trading. Sea turtles commonly come into sight in Pacific legends. Pacific people often offered them to their gods, and important in their culture.

Here! are the seven species of sea turtles left today- Kemp’s ridley, flatback, green, oliveridley, loggerhead, hawksbill, and leatherback. The largest turtle is the leatherback that can weigh over 600 kg! It’s the only specie  of turtle without a hard, external shell .Turtles have a hard shell that protects them like a shield. This upper shell is called “carapace”. Turtles also have a lower shell called “plastron”.

Many turtle species are endangered, yet the nature isn’t always kind to them. Many people are illegaly killing sea turtles by- drowning them, and others die because of-fuel, rubbish, plastics, cans, and all sort of litter thrown to the sea.

If turtles became extinct in the future, Pacific people can’t use their traditions, making their tools and all sort of other things.
